PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR ORDERS OVER 0.25 KILO AN EXTRA CHARGE WILL BE MADE TO COVER THE EXTRA COST OF POSTAGE AND PACKAGING.

The maximum shipping time from the UK is 28 days but as above, we aim to dispatch all orders from stock the NEXT WORKING DAY.

RETURNS POLICY Shop for Lingerie understands that sometimes you may have to return an item as it may be the wrong size, or using our 100% guarantee policy you decide you would like another item provided the goods are unworn and undamaged. This is within 7 days from your order being delivered by Royal Mail. You may be subjected to a shipping charge.

This is in accordance with the Distance Trading Act of UK

If you need to return an order you must email us first at nylondreams@aol.com we will then send you a returns number, all items must have a returns number or goods will be returned to sender.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

We also accept telephone orders Postal Orders and cheques to our address on our contact page
